I hated cooking.
Yes. no kidding. But I have to do it. For reason I can save the budget and become more vigilant to make a healthy food for loved ones. Ever since I learned about nutrition and healthy lifestyle, the more I tried to be careful in eating anything. That’s why I’m trying to make my own version of healthy food.
However, I am still a newbie in the world of cooking. Although my mother was a skilled cake maker and my father also good at cooking, it does not make me becoming a pro to create, mix and match ingredients into a delicious cuisine. I need to experiment. And I need the documentation and my own notes for it.
