Fried Rice With Egg – All people loves Nasi Goreng. It’s simple, quick, and delicious. This one is the common version used to be served for breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 250 gr of steamed-rice
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 2 eggs chicken
- 3 tablespoon of cooking oil
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of sweet soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chilli sauce
Spice paste:
- 2 ceyenne peppers
- 3 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ tablespoon of pepper
- salt
How to cook:
- Heat margarine with 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry onion until wilted.
- Add spice paste, stir.
- Add the egg, scramble it.
- Add steamed rice and stir.
- Add both of soy sauces, tomato sauce and chilli sauce. Cook until the spices mixing with rice and the aroma smells good.
- Last, fry telor ceplok (sunny-side egg) to complete the fried rice.
